POWER AMPLIFIER APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A power amplifying apparatus is provided to improve the output power and the efficiency using second or third higher harmonic-wave controlling circuit which is a part of an output matching circuit. CONSTITUTION: The input impedance of a first amplifier(400) is changed according to the size of power applied to the first amplifier. The changed range of the input impedance is smaller than a pre-set range. A second amplifier(410) is connected in parallel with the first amplifier. The input impedance of the second amplifier is changed according to the size of power applied to the second amplifier. The changed range of the input impedance in the second amplifier is larger than that of the input impedance in the first impedance. A delay compensating circuit(430) is located between the input matching circuit of the first amplifier and an input node.
