DIGESTION CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED BED FLUE GAS DESULFURIZATION METHOD AND DEVICE

A digestion circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization method and device. The device comprises a prededusting section (12), a venture tube bundle section (2) and a digestion reaction section (8). Three stage atomization sprayers are arranged in this device. The lime used in the desulfurization method satisfies the following quality terms: T60 < 4 min, the CaO content > 80%, the particle size < 0.048 mm. The desulfurization reaction temperature is controlled to 75-90°C. Mainly by controlling the water amount of the second stage atomization spraying, the outlet temperature of the second stage deduster (24) is caused to no less than 70°C. The molar ratio of Ca/S is controlled to 1.0-1.6. The dwell time of the flue gas is controlled to 1-3 seconds.
