<p>A strip conductor is provided on a dielectric substrate, and a ground conductor is provided on the surface of the dielectric substrate so as to face the strip conductor in the thickness direction of the dielectric substrate. The ground conductor is provided with a plurality of holes running through the ground conductor along the thickness direction of the dielectric substrate. This allows for the acquisition of a microstripline wherein uniform pass frequency characteristics are obtained.</p>
