MESSAGE MONITORING DEVICE, MONITORING SYSTEM AND MONITORING METHOD

A message monitoring device, a monitoring system and a monitoring method are provided, the device includes: a first database for storing a controlling number; a message distribution module (301) for receiving messages from a Message Center and sending the received messages to a monitoring module (302, 303, 304); the monitoring module (302, 303, 304) for monitoring the messages according to the controlling number and obtaining a monitoring result; a sending module (305) for reporting the monitoring result up to a Lawful Information Center (LIC). The message monitoring is implemented by using a Lawful Short-message Monitor (LSM) and lawful interfaces X1 and X2 are set on the LSM so as to avoid the problem of overlarge modification of the Message Center by adding the lawful interfaces. The LSM is divided into a plurality of modules which can be flexibly combined according to the system processing capability, thus realizing a plurality of networking modes and having excellent expansibility. On the occasion of higher requirement on the system processing capability, the LSM can adopt a multiple-module distribution mode, thus not only satisfying performance requirement but also having higher reliability.
