<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure suitable for a concrete panel such as, for example, an ALC (Aerated Light-weight Concrete) panel and for constructing a roof or a floor using this concrete panel easily and inexpensively, preventing adhesive from sticking to worker's clothes, a tool or the like, and preventing the surrounding environment from becoming polluted when constructing the roof or the floor using this concrete panel. <P>SOLUTION: This mounting structure for this concrete panel is constituted by arranging and laying a plurality of concrete panels 1 each having a substantially rectangular surface on a structural skeleton such as a beam or the like substantially horizontally and mounting and supporting each panel on the structural skeleton by a fixing and supporting means provided between adjacent panels on the structural skeleton.
