<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone set adaptable to automatic translation, by which a word intended by a speaker, which is included in voice uttered by the speaker, is prevented from being incorrectly recognized as a word different from the word intended by the speaker, and the speaker can confirm a state of voice recognition when registering information on voice uttered by the speaker. <P>SOLUTION: The call originating telephone set 10 (the telephone set adaptable to automatic translation) includes: a sound collection unit 12a to which voice uttered in Japanese by the speaker is input; a memory 18 for registering and storing the information on voice uttered by the speaker beforehand; a voice recognition section 19 for recognizing voice uttered by the speaker, as letters corresponding to Japanese, based on the information on voice uttered by the speaker; a speaker 12b for outputting the letters as voice; and a control section 13 for controlling the speaker 12b so that the letters may be output as the voice, based on a result in which the voice uttered by the speaker is recognized as the letters corresponding to Japanese, when registering the information on the voice uttered by the speaker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
