<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body blood circulation promotion implement facilitating peel-off of an upper layer where a second blood circulation promotion member is retained, from a lower layer where a first blood circulation promotion member is retained. <P>SOLUTION: This body blood circulation promotion device includes the upper layer 2 having a second adhesive layer 22 and an exothermic agent 21, the lower layer 3 having a first adhesive layer 32, and release paper 4 covering the first adhesive layer 32. The first adhesive layer 3 is stuck to a part of a body in a state where the release paper 4 is peeled therefrom and a magnet is stuck thereto.
