<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph a subject when the subject is located in a more suitable position. <P>SOLUTION: A photographing part 31 photographs an image. A face detecting part 53 detects a subject in the image photographed by the photographing part 31. When the position of the subject detected by the face detecting part 53 is located in a prescribed position in the image, a recording control part 57 controls the record of the image. When the position of the subject detected by the face detecting part 53 is not located in the prescribed position in the image, a display control part 58 or a sound output control part 59 presents an instruction for moving the position of the subject so as to be located in the prescribed position.
