PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a power-storing means mounted on an unmanned carrier using a safe and simple constitution. SOLUTION: A slide plate 104 attached with a dog follower 110 is connected by means of a rotatable action lever 32, to a slide bracket 122, slidably supporting the shafts 126, 126 attached with a contact 128 having contact rollers 134, 134. As a result, the slide plate 104 moves to a rear frame 26 side, only when the arm 84 of the unmanned carrier 80 abuts against the dog follower 110, causing the movement of the slide plate 104 to the rear frame 26 side to be converted into a projection movement of the slide bracket 122 to the front frame 24 side by means of the action lever 32, and thereby the contact rollers 134, 134 are made to be brought into contact with power-receiving terminals 86a, 86a.
