PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object wave reducing device which is not allowed to reduce a wave with a specified frequency, of control object waves, and on the other hand, is allowed to reduce the other waves. SOLUTION: Based on adjustment of an adaptive filter coefficient calculation unit 20 using two signals of a second reflection attenuation signal and an attenuation signal, in which an electrical signal of a specified frequency is attenuated, an adaptive filter 15 creates a control signal which is output to a control sound generation speaker 10 by using an object wave attenuation signal in which the electrical signal of the specified frequency is attenuated. The created control signal becomes the signal which outputs the control sound of an amplitude and a phase for reducing noise in which sound at the specified frequency is removed, from the control sound generation speaker 10. Thereby, a noise with the specified frequency, of noises which are output from a noise generation source is not reduced, while the other noises can be reduced, by the object sound reducing device 1.
