PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "a navigation apparatus, a method of guiding a guidance route, and a guidance route guiding program" for reliably determining arrival regardless of whether destinations are courses by sea routes or railroad routes. SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus includes: an inputting means of inputting a destination N; a determining means of determining whether the input destination N is a place on a ferry course F or not; a correction means of correcting the input destination N to the end of a road 4 connected to a departure terminal 1 of the ferry course F when it is determined that the destination is on the ferry course F; and a guidance route guiding means of searching a guidance route Y to a corrected destination G and guiding the searched guidance route Y. The guidance route guiding means determines that an own vehicle has arrived at the destination G when the own vehicle has arrived at the end or near the end and ends the guidance.
