PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for erecting the top of a box capable of surely erecting the top of the box. SOLUTION: In a top erection device 200 for a corrugated ardboard box 900, rod-like members 211, 212, 213, and 214 are rotated by rotation devices 201, 202, 203, and 204, and the rod-like members 211, 212, 213, and 214 rotate and move in the directions of an arrow R2 toward respective four pieces 901, 902, 903, and 904 sides from side walls 905, 906, 907, and 908 sides along the side walls 905, 906, 907, and 908.
