PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing apparatus capable of reducing the quantity of information to be downloaded in a roaming destination. SOLUTION: First information is to be used when a mobile communication terminal is to receive a service from a predetermined server in a first service area of a first communication carrier. The first information is provided to the mobile communication terminal, before the mobile communication terminal moves to the first service area, inside a second service area of a second communication carrier capable of roaming with the first communication carrier.
