PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a transmission volume or a reception volume being set individually within a proper range even if patients are switched. SOLUTION: A transmission volume and a reception volume are set individually for each nurse call slave unit. A nurse call master unit forms a channel selecting section 20 by disposing channel selection units 21 corresponding to the nurse call slave units side by side in at least one of longitudinal and lateral directions, forms a name card mounting part 24 for freely removably mounting a name card, on which at least the name of a patient is described, on a surface of the channel selection unit 21, and a reset section 19, which is operated by the name card when mounting the name card for resetting the transmission volume and the reception volume set individually is provided in the name card mounting part 24 of the channel selection unit 21. Thus, when a new name card is mounted, the reset section 19 is operated and values of the transmission volume or of the reception volume individually set is reset and returned to an initial value.
