PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a composite inductor enabled in mass production with uniform quality. SOLUTION: Each of electrical terminal pieces is housed and aligned in electrical terminal piece housing grooves forming a plurality of pairs, while vibrating an electrical terminal piece housing pallet. A air-core coil is put in and aligned in an air-core coil aligning hole while vibrating an air-core coil aligning pallet. The air-core coil aligning pallet is superposed on the electrical terminal piece housing pallet to be aligned. After welding the electrical terminal piece to a lead wire of the air-core coil, a bonding paper sheet is applied to a rear surface of the electrical terminal piece where the electrical terminal piece housing pallet is removed, and a plurality of these coil-terminal piece assemblies are separated from the air-core coil aligning pallet, and put into an inductor molding die with the bonding paper sheet attached. A plurality of predetermined molded objects including composite inductors are pressed collectively, and the composite inductors are cut from the molded objects, and separated, respectively, in the molding method.
