PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film with no coloring and having a high hardness. SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film is composed of a material containing PEDOT/PSS and polyvinyl alcohol and a ratio T1/T2 of a light absorbance T1 at a wavelength of 450 nm and the light absorbance T2 at a wavelength of 750 nm is 0.9-1.1.
