MAGNETIC RECORDING DEVICE, HEAD EVALUATION DEVICE, SPIN STAND DEVICE, AND WRITE POLE ERASURE EVALUATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic recording device which enable the reliable inspection of pole erasure with high accuracy; a head evaluation device; a spin stand device; and a write pole erasure evaluation method. SOLUTION: First information being information of the same polarity is written into a predetermined write area containing a plurality of tracks in a recording medium, and second information is written onto a target track positioned within the area for writing the first information. Third information being information whose end of write has a polarity opposite to the polarity of first information is written into an area where the second information is not written on the target track.
