PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve display and operation of a Web page in the same way as a Web browser on a PC on the panel of an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: A Web page to be displayed is analyzed, and such change as the addition of a file selection button or the setting of a table section as an independent file is performed, so that a dynamic html file is created, and a dynamic css file or a dynamic Java(R) Script file is created as necessary, and the display and an operation of the Web page based on the dynamic file is performed on a display panel.
