<p>While current standardized Inter System Interfaces on PMR- networks (A, B) base on the idea of switching the Switching and Management Infrastructure of PMR-networks (A, B) together on system level, the disclosed solution is completely based on the idea on loosely coupling the PMR-inf rastructures on terminal level with a dedicated PMR-gateway. It offers several strategies to solve Push-To-Talk collisions such as the Push-To-Talk PTT buffer or Access Priority. The solution involves end-to-end encrypted communications without exchanging secret keys over country borders. The keys remain in each PMR-network (A, B).</p> |
