CERAMIC CAPACITOR AND WIRING BOARD

PURPOSE: A ceramic capacitor and a wiring board thereof are provided to prevent the crack in the outer circumference of a ceramic capacitor by sealing a space between the main surface of a wining board and the ceramic capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A main surface side formation layer(31) comprises two resin interlayer dielectric layers(33,35) and a conductive layer(42). A terminal pad(44) is arranged within an array. A solder bump(45) is arranged on the surface of the terminal pad. The solder bump is electrically connected to a surface connection terminal(22). A via conductor(43,47) is electrically connected to the conductive layer and the terminal pad.
