<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set a base station parameter in accordance with a base station installation position. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 100 includes a memory part in which a parameter is stored corresponding to information of a position where a base station device 200 is installed and type information of the base station device 200. The base station device 200 acquires the positional information of a position where the base station device 200 is installed by using a GPS device, and transmits the acquired positional information and the preset type information of the base station device 200 to the control device 100. The control device 100 acquires a corresponding parameter from the memory part based on the positional information received from the base station device 200 and the type information of the base station device 200, and transmits the parameter to the base station device 200.
