<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform ventilation control with excellent energy saving performance by a simple configuration while improving installation flexibility and maintenance performance of a ventilating device (1), in the ventilating device (1) including an air exhaust fan (2) and a controller (3) controlling the operation of the air exhaust fan (2). <P>SOLUTION: The ventilating device includes an electric current detector (7) detecting an electric current value of a lighting circuit (11) for supplying electric power to electric equipment (12, 13) on an indoor side (50).
