<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility device and its management unit capable of practically adjusting control instructions from a user and control instructions from a supervisor from viewpoints of energy saving and comfortability. <P>SOLUTION: Each of the facility devices 40a, 40b... includes a first communication part 41, a second communication part 42 and a control part 45. The first communication part 41 communicates with operation interfaces 30a, 30b... receiving inputs of first control instructions with respect to the user. The second communication part 42 communicates with the management unit 10 storing second control instructions from a supervisor. The control part 45 compares the first control instructions received via the first communication part 41 with the second control instructions received via the second communication part 42, and when it is determined that the second control instructions are predetermined orders contributing to an increase of energy compared with the first control instructions, the control part rejects the execution of the second control instructions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
