PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomarker for inspecting an autoimmune disease for determining disease activity in the autoimmune disease, in further details, a biomarker and an inspection method for determining the efficacy of a therapeutic agent. SOLUTION: Leucine-richα2 glycoprotein (LRG) capable of being correlated with the activity of the autoimmune disease becomes a new biomarker of the autoimmune disease. When a biological preparation for inhibiting TNF-αis administered to an autoimmune disease patient, although the expression of the LRG shows a significantly high value in biological preparation resistance patienst, the expression of the LRG is lower in an effective patient than in the resistance patient, so that the LRG also becomes an index marker for disease activity that accompanies drug delivery wtih respect to the autoimmune disease.
