PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle capable of simultaneously adjusting the height and the angle of a handlebar. SOLUTION: A direction control device 2 of the bicycle 1 includes a handlebar 20, steering stem 30, two adjusting bars 40 and a quick opening/closing member 50. The steering stem 30 is coupled with a frame, the steering stem 30 includes a stem 31 and a horizontal bar 32, and each adjusting bar 40 includes an adjusting base 41, and first and second clamping parts. Each first clamping part 411 clamps both ends of the horizontal bar 32, and each second clamping part 412 clamps the handlebar. The clamping state of the first clamping part 411 and the second clamping part 412 includes two kinds of states, i.e., a fastened state 58 and a non-fastened state 59. The quick opening/closing member 50 is connected to each adjusting bar 40 to control the clamped state of each first clamp part 411 and each second clamp part 412 by using the quick opening/closing member 50.
