PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die which can easily synchronize a motion of plastic deformation with a motion of conveyance, without necessity for modification of a plastic deformation machine. SOLUTION: In a transfer mechanism section 4, an upper end of rod 11 is locked with an upper die so that the transfer mechanism section is linked with vertical reciprocating motion of the upper die. The reciprocating motion of the rod 11 is converted to rotational motion of a rotary shaft 13 through a crank mechanism 12. The rotational motion of the rotary shaft 13 is converted to a motion for a gripping finger 40 to clamp/un-clamp a work piece through a clamping mechanism section 20, while it is also converted through a feeding mechanism section 30 to the motion for the gripping finger 40 to proceed in a work piece transfer direction and then to return in an opposite direction to a transfer direction of the work piece.
