The clamp has a fixed arm (1) whose end is integrated with a rod (2) on which a movable arm (3) is displaced. The movable arm carries a piston (7). The piston is driven in translation by a manually actuated pin (6). The pin has an end that carries a steel ball (8). The steel ball is provided in tangential contact with another steel ball (9) connected to the piston such that parts are clamped between the arms by a single tangential contact point between the balls. A sealing unit constitutes front and rear O-ring joints to seal grease chambers (16, 17) housing the pin.
