摘要 PURPOSE: A zinc-contained magnetic nanoparticle-based magnetic sensor is provided to implement inspection or measurement of objects with improved sensitivity and accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A zinc-contained magnetic nanoparticle-based magnetic sensor comprises zinc-containing magnetic nanoparticles or their cluster, a magnetic sensor device, and a magnetic field generating unit. The inc-containing magnetic nanoparticles or their cluster satisfy the equation, ZnfMa-fOb(0<f<8, 0<a<=16, 0<b<=8, 0<f/(a-f)<10 or ZngMc-gM'dOe(0<g<8, 0<c<=16, 0<d<=16, 0<e<=8, 0<g/{(c-g)+d}<10, wherein M is magnetic metal element or their alloy and M' comprises one or more elements selected from the group consisting of group 1 elements, group 2 elements, group 12 elements, group 13 elements, group 14 elements, group 15 elements, transition metal elements, and lanthanide and actinide group elements.
