PURPOSE: An effective production method of a high-purity hydrofluoro ether compound is provided to rapidly remove hydrofluoro-olefin ether by reacting at the low reaction temperature for 30 minutes. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a high-purity hydrofluoro ether compound comprises the following steps: producing a crude hydrofluoro ether compound by reacting an alcohol compound and a hydrofluoro-olefin compound; and adding an amine compound to the crude hydrofluoro ether compound, and stirring to remove hydrofluoro-olefin ether contained as byproducts.
