PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is conventionally difficult to obtain commercial AC power supply frequencies from GPS signals, and flickers are generated when moving images are recorded at a location where the radio signals of a GPS satellite are not easily received.SOLUTION: The determination of S3 of Fig.5 is "NO", wherein the existing position of a digital camera 40 is not detected by a position detection means; and the determination of S6 of Fig.5 is "YES", wherein a difference between the latest detection time at which the existing position of the digital camera 40 is detected by the position detection means and the present time is equal to or less than a predetermined time. In this case, the charge accumulating time corresponding to the commercial AC power supply frequency based on the latest existing position detected by the position detection means by the process of S7 of Fig.5 is determined as a predetermined charge accumulating time. Therefore, even when the digital camera 40 is used at a location where radio signals from the GPS satellite are not easily received, the generation of the flickers is prevented since the charge accumulating time based on the latest existing position detected at the latest detection time is continuously used as the current charge accumulating time. |
