PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable mobile radio terminal which can be made thin and small-sized and requires wide band characteristics of an antenna and exhibit high communication performance in accordance with various use conditions.SOLUTION: The foldable mobile radio terminal is provided with a matching circuit in which a power is supplied to a metallic rotating shaft 14 which allows an upper enclosure 12 and a lower enclosure 11 to freely turn, and impedance is adjusted to 50 Ω in two or more operation frequency bands, wherein the metallic rotating shaft 14 has a cross section diameter L1 equal to or longer than about 1/20 of a wavelength λ2 and has an effective length of about λc/4 wherein λc is a wavelength of a center frequency of a higher frequency band, and the metallic rotating shaft 14 and a first circuit board 11A as well as a second circuit board 12A are disposed at prescribed intervals.
