PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of reducing the irregularity of a relation between the mixing point of time of a sample and a reagent and the measuring start point of time of optical properties and enhancing measuring precision in an optical reaction measuring instrument for measuring the presence or absence of the degree of the reaction of the sample and the reagent on the basis of the temporal change of optical properties of the mixed solution of the sample and the reagent.SOLUTION: A preparation time for performing the mixing work of the sample and the reagent is predetermined, and when the start switch of a measuring instrument is turned on, a timer is operated and a time up to the start of a preparation time is reported to an operator by a count-down system while the start of the preparation time is reported to the operator at the point of time of count zero. The time from the start period of the preparation time is used as time data annexed to measuring data and data of optical characteristics from the end of the preparation time are used in analysis. |
