PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite recording material composed of a card and a hologram transfer sheet, which does not require high temperature incineration or produces less combustion gas or the like when the material is discarded by incineration, further, which gives no influence on the ecological system when the material is discarded as landfill, and which is excellent in designing property and forgery preventing effect, and to provide a method for producing an image forming substance obtained from the composite recording material.SOLUTION: The composite recording material 1 composed of a hologram transfer sheet 10 and a material to be transferred 20, the hologram transfer sheet 10 having a transfer layer 8, which includes at least a protective layer 4, a hologram forming layer 5, a hologram effect layer 6 and an adhesive layer 7 successively formed in this order, provided on a substrate sheet 2. The transfer layer 8 can be transferred from the hologram transfer sheet 10 onto the material to be transferred 20 by laminating the adhesive layer 7 to the material to be transferred 20 and heating. The substrate sheet 2 of the hologram transfer sheet 10 and a substrate constituting the material to be transferred 20 are biodegradable plastic films or sheets. |
