PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual traveling mechanism which can be extremely easily stored and carried by constituting it in such a way that it can be ridden in a sitting manner to achieve traveling safely for a long time in a comfortable posture and folded in a minimum size when required.SOLUTION: The manual traveling mechanism is provided with a pedal device 50 which drives both rear wheels 40 by the pedal force input by both legs of a user. The pedal device 50 is provided with a first pedal 52 and a second pedal which are installed on a frame 10 in such a way that they can be rotated in a vertical direction and travelled by stepping on the first and the second pedals. A handle shaft 32 and a seat 100 can be folded around a hinge shaft 20a and a hinge shaft 100a, respectively. |
