PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the lifetimes of an electrophotographic photoreceptor and an image forming apparatus by improving the lubricant accepting property of the high-durability electrophotographic photoreceptor having a cross-linked resin surface layer, and to reduce printing cost.SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic photoreceptor 11 having a photosensitive layer and a cross-linked resin surface layer on a conductive substrate, the cross-linked resin surface layer contains a cross-linking pair having a charge transporting structural unit, and there exist specific relationships with separate arithmetic average roughtnesses of each the total of 12 frequency components including six frequency components ranging from a high frequency component to a low frequency component that are obtained by subjecting a one-dimensional data array, obtained by measuring the concavo-convex configuration of a surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor with a surface roughness-contour measuring machine, to a wavelet transformation multiresolution analysis, and separate arithmetic average roughnesses of six frequency components that are obtained by a specific method. |
