PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device and an imaging method which prevent a mobile object from framing out even when a quickly moving mobile object is shot.SOLUTION: The imaging device has an imaging part which images an object and obtains image data, a mobile object detection part which detects the mobile object to track on the basis of the image data obtained by the imaging part, a tracking frame setting part which sets some regions including the mobile object in the image data as a tracking frame when the mobile object is detected by the mobile object detection part, a display frame setting part which sets regions which are shifted in a direction opposite to the moving direction of the mobile object from the tracking frame in the image data as a display frame, and a display processing part which allows a display part to indicate the image data included in the display frame. |
