PURPOSE: A device for processing weather Information is provided to more easily obtain weather information by receiving and processing a message structure including weather information. CONSTITUTION: A demultiplexer(902) classifies an audio stream, a video stream and TEPG(Transport Protocol Expert Group) stream among TSs(Transport Streams) in PES format. An audio decoder(908) decodes the classified audio stream, and a video decoder(909) decodes the classified video stream. A display unit(914) displays the image outputted from the video decoder on a screen, and a TPEG decoder(903) decodes the classified TPEG stream. |
