PURPOSE: An extreme voltage and extreme current protection and high efficiency temperature compensation static current circuit is provided to increase the stability of a circuit by adopting the extreme voltage protection function, reverse voltage prevention function, and temperature compensation protection function. CONSTITUTION: A load including an LED(Light Emitting Diode) array is connected to the high potential terminal of a PSU(Power Supply Unit). A reverse voltage prevention unit is installed serially between the high potential terminal of the PSU and the high potential terminal of the load. An input terminal of the reference voltage circuit is connected to a first node(N1) between the reverse prevention unit and the load.
