PURPOSE: A transcript substrate is provided to prevent the transcript defect caused by the patterning error of a reflection prevention pattern and a light thermal conversion pattern by omitting a reflection prevention pattern of an additional pattern shape. CONSTITUTION: An absorption enhancement layer(110) made of the first substance is located on a bearing substrate(105). A plurality of photo thermal conversion patterns(115) made of second material is positioned on the absorption enhancement layer. A reflecting layer(120) made of the third material is positioned on the front of the bearing substrate on the plurality of photo thermal conversion patterns.
