PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the dispersion in a sealing pressure generated between plural cavities to be low in a high precision by using a simple construction under performing a compression molding in plural cavities at once. SOLUTION: In the structure of a mold for compression molding comprising an upper mold 10 capable of putting on an article to be molded and a lower mold 20, arranged to be opposed to the upper mold 10, comprising a flame body 23, a plurality of pressing members 24 slidable by being engaged with a plurality of through hole 23A formed on the flame body 23 and a lower die set 40 for positioning the lower mold 20, the pressing members 24 are fixed at a lower die set 40 through an elastic mechanism 25 and also the elastic mechanism 25 is supported by a column 21B to the lower die set 40 and at the same time provides a beam part 21A on which the pressing member 24 is placed and the pressing member 24 is made displaced to the lower die set 40 by beam part 21A being bent in accordance with a reaction force receiving from the pressing member 24.
