PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a steam vulcanization apparatus capable of dispensing with lapping to simplify a vulcanizing process and capable of shortening a work time. SOLUTION: A steam supply pipe 2 and a compressed air supply pipe 3 are connected to a hermetically closed vulcanizer 1 and a steam dispersing supply means 20 is attached in the vulcanizer 1. A pressure sensor 12 and respective control valves 7, 10 and 11 are connected through a pressure controller and the valve opening degrees of the control valves 7, 10 and 11 are regulated corresponding to the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 12. By supplying steam and compressed air into the vulcanizer 1 under predetermined pressure, vulcanization can be performed at an arbitrary temperature under arbitrary pressure corresponding to the partial pressures of steam and compressed air. |
