PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for managing a cartridge capable of improving a quality and reliability of the cartridge by suitably managing the cartridge and reducing an industrial waste and a computer readable program storage medium storing a program having a cartridge managing function recorded therein.
