A gene network is predicted by retrieving indirect causal relationships the presence of which cannot be explained on the basis of direct causal relationships and/or indirect causal relationships the presence of which can be explained on the basis of the direct causal relationships and supplementing a network comprising the direct causal relationships with the retrieved indirect causal relationships.</p> |
