<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-hexavalent-chromium grout which can decrease the amount of hexavalent chromium eluted therefrom, is excellent in permeation properties, and decreases the amount of hexavalent chromium eluted from a fine-particle cement excellent in strength development. SOLUTION: This grout comprises a fine-particle cement, a fine-particle slag, and a component which forms a calcium sulfoaluminate hydrate and may further contain a reducing agent.</p> |
