PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system capable of discriminating, based on open traffic regulatory information, whether the destination lies next to inside of the object area for the open traffic regulatory concerned and the object road for open traffic regulatory, in which, if the destination lies next to the inside of the object area and the object road, a link for opening the traffic regulatory information is added to the guide to destination and the route guide to the destination. SOLUTION: The navigation system 10 includes a destination search means 25 for searching any destination, an open traffic regulatory object data acquisition means 26 for acquiring the data of targeted area for open traffic regulatory based on open traffic regulatory information, and a link information creation means 27 for creating link information to the open traffic regulatory information, in which if the destination the destination search means 25 searches is included in the area of open traffic regulatory object acquired with the open traffic regulatory object data acquisition means, the link information creation means 27 creates link information to open traffic regulatory information, to display link information, together with guide information on the destination on a display means 38.
