PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To roll rice cake in a uniform thickness with suppressing scattering of the thickness even when influenced by difference of viscosities and temperatures of the rice cake when continuously rolling the rice cake.SOLUTION: The rice cake is produced by providing flanges having a diameter larger than rolls at both ends of two rolls for rolling the rice cake and, if needed, in intermediate parts of the rolls, and forming an outlet or outlets of the rice cake by mutually and closely contacting the end surfaces of the flanges to roll out the rice cake. |
