PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce glare caused by a detection delay in a front traveling vehicle in a curved road.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture unit forms a low beam light distribution pattern or a high beam light distribution pattern. A vehicle position detecting part 76 detects a front vehicle state. A pattern determining part 80 determines the light distribution pattern in response to a vehicle state. A pattern control part 84 forms the light distribution pattern determined by the pattern determining part 80 by controlling the lighting fixture unit. A curved road determining part 82 determines whether or not a vehicle traveling road is a curved road. A curved road time pattern restricting unit 88 restricts selection of the high beam light distribution pattern in at least one of the lighting fixture unit during curved road travel, regardless of the light distribution pattern determined by the pattern determining part 80, when determined as the curved road.
