PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To customize an event which provides a state change of a power system such that the event has an expression which an operator can easily understand.SOLUTION: As a rule for generating the event corresponding to the state change of the power system controlled by a substation, a rule definition storing part 21 previously stores the rule capable of generating the event in a way allowing the customization of information included in the state change, a rule extraction means 25 extracts the rule corresponding to the state change from the rule definition storing part when receiving the state change, an event generation means 26 generates the event on the basis of the information included in the state change and the rule extracted by the rule extraction means 25, an event registration means 27 stores the event generated by the event generation means 26 in an event list storing part 23, and an event display request means 28 displays the event stored in the event list storing part 23 on a display device 20. |
