PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which can exert favorable performances on an ice road through all terms of using the tire, and reduce the defective ratio without complicating manufacture of the tire.SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire has a plurality of land parts 4 on a tread surface 1a, partitioned by grooves 2 and 3, while sipes 5 are formed in the land parts 4. In the sipes 5, a plurality of first convex parts 7 are formed in one of opposing inner surfaces 6, 6 of the sipes 5 so as to protrude toward the other inner surface of the sipe, and formed continuously from the tread surface 1a to a sipe bottom 8 in the tire depth direction. The first convex part 7 is tapered toward the opposing inner surface of the sipe and is provided with a narrow part 7a that is formed between the tread surface 1a and the sipe bottom 8. A second convex part 9 is formed between the adjacent narrow parts 7a of the first convex part so as to protrude toward the opposing inner surface of the sipe. |
