PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin stamper for a curable resin composition, especially a resin stamper for an optical multilayer recording medium, which is excellent in productivity of the stamper, is satisfactory in release properties to a photo curable resin layer, is excellent in strength upon release, is excellent in UV light transmittance, is excellent in recycle properties after usage and is suitable for UV nano imprinting technology.SOLUTION: The resin stamper for the curable resin composition comprises a polycarbonate resin composition (component C) comprising 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate (component A) and 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. silicone compound (component B) having a refractive index (nD) of 1.42 to 1.60. The polycarbonate resin composition for forming the resin stamper for the curable resin composition is also provided. |
